Unfortunately, Posterous doesn't... do... body text. I tried picture messaging and such to an e-mail as I do to send pictures to my own e-mail, but to no avail.

We do support emailing a photo from your mobile phone to posterous. If your mobile provider lets you MMS a photo to an email address, it should work fine with usemail help@posterous.com if you need more info. Thanks.
